IIT Kharag­pur invites appli­ca­tions from the Indian nation­als for the fol­low­ing post on con­tract basis:

Med­ical Offi­cer : 4 Posts (UR-02, OBC-01, ST-01)

Pay Band : Rs.15600 — 39100/- (PB-3) + Grade Pay Rs. 5400/- and allowances as admissible.

Qual­i­fi­ca­tion & Expe­ri­ence: MBBS degree from a rec­og­nized uni­ver­sity with min­i­mum 55% marks in MBBS degree and at least 3 years expe­ri­ence in a reputed hos­pi­tal in Gov­ern­ment / PSU / Pri­vate Sec­tor. Expe­ri­ence in ICU, trauma care is prefer­able.
Staff Nurse : 5 Posts (UR-03, OBC-01, SC-01)

Pay Band : Rs.9300 — 34800/- (PB-2) + Grade Pay Rs. 4200/- and allowances as admissible.

Qual­i­fi­ca­tion & Expe­ri­ence: Inter­me­di­ate OR 10+2 OR equiv­a­lent and must have passed the exam­i­na­tion held by the Nurs­ing Coun­cil with 3 years course in Gen­eral Nurs­ing and Mid-Wifery OR B.Sc. (Nurs­ing).
Junior Tech­ni­cian: 8 posts (UR-5, OBC-2, SC-1)

Pay Band : Rs. 5200 – 20200/- (PB-1) + Grade Pay Rs. 2000/- and allowances as admissible

Qual­i­fi­ca­tion: Bach­e­lors Degree in the Med­ical Lab­o­ra­tory Tech­nol­ogy / Med­ical Radi­og­ra­phy Tech­nique OR Diploma in Med­ical Lab­o­ra­tory Tech­nol­ogy / Med­ical Radi­og­ra­phy Tech­nique / Radi­og­ra­phy Diag­nos­tic Tech­ni­cian from rec­og­nized Insti­tute approved by Cen­tral or State Med­ical Council.
