Branch Managers : Graduates with minimum 5 years banking experience as an Asst. Manager/ Manager. Should be proactive and have proven leadership and decision making qualities., Age : 35 – 45 years .
Officers : CA/ ICA/ CFA/ MBA-Finance or Second class graduate with 3 years banking experience with CAIIB or 5 years banking. Age : not moe 30 years.
Clerks : Graduates with minimum 50% marks at 1st attempt, Age — 25 years, for Post Graduates — 27 years.
