Loca­tion:Pune

Job Descrip­tion: Will be expected to jump­start on new project and take com­plete own­er­ship of the tech­ni­cal aspects of the deliv­er­ables.
Pro­vide tech­ni­cal lead­er­ship and men­tor­ing for the team.
Respon­si­ble for under­stand­ing of the entire code base, archi­tec­tural con­sid­er­a­tions, build process, design and design deci­sions Respon­si­ble for inter­act­ing with Cus­tomer Tech leads and/or Architects/System Engi­neers.
Must be famil­iar with soft­ware devel­op­ment method­olo­gies like Water­fall and Agile.

Desired Can­di­date Pro­file:  Expe­ri­ence in design­ing and devel­op­ing Enter­prise Trans­ac­tional Web Appli­ca­tions in Microsoft tech­nolo­gies — ASP.NET/C#.
Pas­sion for tech­nol­ogy Expo­sure to .NET 3.0 (WCF, WPF, WWF and CS). Expe­ri­ence in RFIDs and BizTalk server is desir­able.
Expe­ri­ence in Require­ment Analy­sis. Strong OOAD and UML expe­ri­ence, DB Design skills.
In addi­tion of tech­ni­cal depth and breadth, archi­tect requires excel­lent com­mu­ni­ca­tion, inter­per­sonal and lead­er­ship skills Deep under­stand­ing of design and archi­tec­tural con­cepts (SOA and MVC), design pat­terns, appli­ca­tion frame­works, etc.
Under­stand­ing of nuances of SQL Server, Ora­cle and per­for­mance tun­ing con­cepts.
