Skills:
In depth knowl­edge of front-end tech­nolo­gies HTML, CSS & JavaScript
Good knowl­edge of XForms, XML and XSLT
Web devel­op­ment in PHP
Knowl­edge in data­base such as MySQL
Very good knowl­edge of lat­est tech­nolo­gies like AJAX.
Min­i­mal of Knowl­edge of FLEX/Flash is desir­able
Must be good at prob­lem solv­ing and com­ing up with cre­ative solu­tions.
Should show keen inter­est in fol­low­ing lat­est trends in inter­net and adver­tis­ing domain.
