Release Engi­neers

Expe­ri­ence: 5 — 10 Years 

Skills & Expe­ri­ence:
1. Build/release engi­neer­ing expe­ri­ence and option­ally Installer creation/maintenance.
2. Must be able to com­mu­ni­cate and coor­di­nate well with both engi­neers and man­agers.
3. Strong knowl­edge of either of Perl or Python.
4. Strong knowl­edge of ver­sion con­trol sys­tems..
5. Strong under­stand­ing of soft­ware con­fig­u­ra­tion man­age­ment processes.
6. Strong script­ing exper­tise on at-least two of the Win­dows, Mac or UNIX plat­forms.
7. Strong under­stand­ing of soft­ware installer man­age­ment and related processes.
8. Good knowl­edge of Install­Shield envi­ron­ment, Win­dows installer (MSI) tech­nol­ogy and Apple’s Pack­age­Maker.
9. Proven abil­ity to develop solu­tions that auto­mates installer cre­ation, builds and releases of software.

Desired: Pro­gram­ming expe­ri­ence in CC++, HTML, PHP, MySQL, XML tech­nolo­gies and tools.
