4. Interview the candidates to check the soft skills.
5. Match the candidate’s current profile with that of the Client’s requirements, and hence screening them at my end.

7. Schedule interview for short listed candidates.
8. Interact with the clients on a regular basis
9. Understand Salary fitment and sometimes taking care of salary negotiations
10.Follow up with selected candidates to confirm their DOJ and keep the respective departments/ Clients informed of the same.
11.Interact with the client for getting offer letter to the candidate and hand-holding the candidate till his date of joining.
12.Build database on the basis of on-going requirement.
13.Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports for internal meetings and status.
14.Regularly meet the clients to get new requirements and to build good relationship with them.
