2. Source qual­ity candidate’s pro­files through var­i­ous modes includ­ing Job post­ings, Job Por­tals (Naukri, Mon­ster & Job­sa­head, Timesjobs), inter­nal data­base, through refer­rals and Head­hunt­ing.
3. Coor­di­nate with the can­di­dates through email/phone and per­sonal meet­ing.
4. Inter­view the can­di­dates to check the soft skills.
5. Match the candidate’s cur­rent pro­file with that of the Client’s require­ments, and hence screen­ing them at my end.
6. Send the screened candidate’s pro­files to the client
7. Sched­ule inter­view for short listed can­di­dates.
8. Inter­act with the clients on a reg­u­lar basis
9. Under­stand Salary fit­ment and some­times tak­ing care of salary nego­ti­a­tions
10.Follow up with selected can­di­dates to con­firm their DOJ and keep the respec­tive departments/ Clients informed of the same.
11.Interact with the client for get­ting offer let­ter to the can­di­date and hand-holding the can­di­date till his date of join­ing.
12.Build data­base on the basis of on-going require­ment.
13.Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports for inter­nal meet­ings and sta­tus.
14.Regularly meet the clients to get new require­ments and to build good rela­tion­ship with them.

Salary Range: Indus­try Stan­dards. No bar for the right can­didi­ate
