Job Descrip­tion:
Atkins cur­rently has an oppor­tu­nity for a HR Man­ager to man­age the HR oper­a­tions in our expand­ing Global Design Cen­tre (GDC) in Ban­ga­lore
Cur­rently employ­ing over 350 staff, the GDC has plans to expand to 500 staff by the end of the 2008/2009, and for sus­tained growth there­after.
Report­ing to the GDC Head of HR (Ban­ga­lore), the HR Man­ager will also work closely with the GDC Recruit­ment Man­ager, HR and Train­ing team to sup­port the GDC Man­age­ment and UK busi­ness man­agers.
This is an ideal oppor­tu­nity for some­one with strong HR oper­a­tions and admin­is­tra­tion expe­ri­ence to lead a team in a chal­leng­ing cross cul­tural envi­ron­ment.
HR Expe­ri­ence work­ing in and Inter­na­tional Com­pany within India is essential.
