HR Gen­er­al­ist Role
You will be respon­si­ble for the entire HR Sup­port Ser­vices such as HRIS, MIS, Employee Induc­tion, Employee Rela­tions, Staff Wel­fare, Statu­tory com­pli­ance and admin­is­tra­tion. You will han­dle all the employee wel­fare activ­i­ties includ­ing pay­roll input, PF, ESI, Insur­ance and other HR initiatives. 

Com­pe­tence: We are look­ing for a HR pro­fes­sional with 1 to 2 years expe­ri­ence in an MNC / IT / ITES Com­pany. You should have a through under­stand­ing of the HR con­cepts, processes and statu­tory com­pli­ance such as Labour Laws, ESI, PF, Med­ical Insur­ance and HRIS. Ideal can­di­date should have high energy lev­els, enjoy devel­op­ing peo­ple and poten­tial to scale up and grow.
