2.Experience Should have expe­ri­ence in con­nec­tion design, Strong in con­cepts and tech­ni­cally sound in var­i­ous Inter­na­tional code like ASD, LRFD AISC, BS 5950, EURO CODE EC3 & IS 800. Knowl­edge in Soft­wares like Descon, Prokon and Math­cad etc.,
