Job Descrip­tion: 1) Pro­duc­tion Sup­port posi­tion will require hands-on involve­ment in OMS in the areas of iden­ti­fy­ing, trouble-shooting, script­ing, analy­sis, track­ing and report­ing. In addi­tion resources will be required to carry on-call CellPhone/Pager and should be will­ing to work Night and Week­end shifts.
2) Analy­sis of Flow-Thru fall­out, iden­ti­fy­ing order fall­out, iden­ti­fy­ing area of order fall­out, trou­bleshoot­ing order fall­out, Ora­cle SQL Script­ing, Using/Developing small Java Pro­grams to auto­mate tasks.
3) Creating/Updating/Posting XML files, work­ing with respon­si­ble LS down­stream groups, and assign­ing issues to other groups, track­ing of the issues, knowl­edge base main­te­nance and reporting.

Desired Can­di­date Pro­file: 1) Abil­ity to per­form tech­ni­cal trou­ble shoot­ing and per­form proper prob­lem res­o­lu­tion
2) Good under­stand­ing of work­flow processes
3) Excel­lent SQL knowl­edge and abil­ity
4) 1 – 2 Years of work­ing expe­ri­ence in a Pro­duc­tion Sup­port role
5) Fresh­ers can also apply, but should have soound knowl­edge of SQL / Qracle
