Job Descrip­tion : As a flash designer you would be respon­si­ble to lever­age the inter­ac­tiv­ity of Flash to cre­ate engag­ing expe­ri­ences about brands, com­mu­ni­ca­tion or busi­ness needs. .

As a Flash Designer you will be required to work with other cre­ative spe­cial­ists includ­ing, but not lim­ited to Graphic Design­ers, Con­tent Strate­gists and Flash devel­op­ers. You need to have a pas­sion for Flash, Motion Graph­ics and video and the abil­ity to use them to ful­fill com­mu­ni­ca­tion and busi­ness needs. Your pro­file would involve work­ing closely with cre­ative lead, IA, Con­tent Strate­gist and graphic design­ers in deliv­er­ing inter­ac­tive solutions.

Develop Flash Movies and Frame by Frame ani­ma­tion based on sto­ry­boards or Cre­ative Briefs
Design and cre­ative inter­ac­tive ban­ners for online cam­paigns
Cre­ate Micro Sites or Flash based appli­ca­tions from sto­ry­boards.
Develop con­cepts and story boards accord­ing to cre­ative brief require­ments.
Apply inter­ac­tion design prin­ci­pals to cre­ate engag­ing user expe­ri­ence that meet busi­ness and user needs
Man­age your­self and pro­vide men­tor­ship to other team mem­bers
Under­stand lim­i­ta­tions of Flash Design and Ani­ma­tion and the abil­ity to work around them E.g: Frame rates
