Cross-Tab is a 9-year old; India based Mar­ket Research and Ana­lyt­ics Agency, started with a pas­sion for mar­ket­ing, brand­ing and research. Cross-Tab was a pio­neer of sorts when it became India’s first Online MR agency, as early as 2000. Our sta­tus as India’s lead­ing provider of Online MR still stands, and we are now a good-sized Global player, hav­ing con­ducted over a mil­lion online inter­views in the last 12 months.

Our ori­en­ta­tion became Global as early as 2002. We were first off-the-block as far as out­sourced research ser­vices (pri­mar­ily sur­vey pro­gram­ming and data pro­cess­ing) were con­cerned. In the last 2 years, we have grad­u­ally shifted our focus to pro­vid­ing full-service MR solu­tions to global clients. We do this in two for­mats – the first by cre­at­ing Exten­sion Teams for clients’ research needs (to expand both capac­ity and capa­bil­ity for them) and the sec­ond by par­tic­i­pat­ing in the pitch process for full projects.

Expe­ri­ence : 0 — 2 Years

Skills : Pro­gram­ming / C / C++ / scripting

Job Descrip­tion :

  • The incum­bent would be inter­act­ing directly with the clients for project management.
  • He / she would be man­ag­ing the data col­lec­tion projects for online sur­veys with the use of client pro­pri­etary tools.
  • He / she would be set­ting up projects / online sur­veys; test­ing sur­vey links and mon­i­tor­ing their progress till the com­ple­tion stage.

Desired:

  1. Fresher with very good logic & pro­gram­ming concepts
  2. Work­ing knowl­edge of any pro­gram­ming lan­guage like C, C++, Java etc would be preferred
  3. Knowl­edge of Flash pro­gram­ming, HTML & JavaScript would be an added advantage
  4. Grad­u­ate with excel­lent com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills – ver­bal and written
  5. Atten­tion to details; qual­ity conscious
