Cre­ate & Man­age the Data­base of Prospec­tive Can­di­dates.
Work­ing on hir­ing websites.

Desired :

• Post grad­u­ate in Human resource with atleast 6 – 12 months expe­ri­ence in han­dling recruit­ment for inter­na­tional BPO.
• Should be male.
• Prefer­ably from noida / ghaziabad.
• Knowl­edge of sourc­ing can­di­dates through hir­ing websites.
• Knowl­edge of MS-excel.
• Should be tar­get oriented.
• Excel­lent ver­bal and writ­ten com­mu­ni­ca­tion Skills.
• Above scale Matu­rity & energy Levels
