Look­ing for MBA HR Fresher who can take care of Human Resources Train­ing, Engage­ment and Devel­op­ment needs at Masamb Electronics

  • Plan, develop and imple­ment strat­egy for HR man­age­ment and development.
  • Plan for employee’s per­for­mance appraisal;
  • Develop tools for appraisal, job eval­u­a­tion and development.
  • Liaise with other func­tional head so as to under­stand all HR needs
