Develop appli­ca­tions using RAD prin­ci­ples
Test, trou­bleshoot and deploy on mul­ti­ple environments/ plat­forms
Par­tic­i­pate in design meetings

Desired:
Solid pro­gram­ming skills in J2ME and Core Java
Addi­tional: Android SDK, RMS on JCre­ator, Eclipse IDEs, Sun Beta WTK, hardware-level under­stand­ing
Web appli­ca­tion devel­op­ment expe­ri­ence involv­ing ajax
Clear under­stand­ing RDBMS prin­ci­ples, back­ground in SQL server/ other
Sense of own­er­ship and drive to inno­vate
Abil­ity to think through prob­lems and find solu­tions
Excel­lent ana­lyt­i­cal and com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills
