Job Descrip­tion:
Han­dling inbound calls
Doc­u­ment the calls to ensure all infor­ma­tion is cap­tured
Ensure one time call res­o­lu­tion
Main­tain accu­racy of infor­ma­tion given and doc­u­mented
Adhere to stan­dard oper­at­ing pro­ce­dures required by the process
Attend brief­ings, trainings/refresher ses­sions and meet­ings as required

Desired:
6 months to 2 years of expe­ri­ence in any Voice based process
Excel­lent Ver­bal Com­mu­ni­ca­tion
Sound under­stand­ing of MS office Excel­lent Com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills
Good Ana­lyt­i­cal Skills
