IDES brings a wealth of expe­ri­ence in pro­vid­ing engi­neer­ing ser­vices to the US mar­ket. IDES was formed as a pri­vate lim­ited cor­po­ra­tion to enable it to pur­sue emerg­ing busi­ness oppor­tu­ni­ties. Prior to its for­ma­tion IDES was a branch office of Con­sult­ing Engi­neers Corp (CEC), a US based struc­tural engi­neer­ing com­pany, for more than a decade. Dur­ing this period the branch office pro­vided engi­neer­ing and sup­port ser­vices to CEC, and devel­oped exper­tise in serv­ing the US engi­neer­ing and con­struc­tion mar­ket. As such IDES staff has knowl­edge of the US busi­ness cli­mate, the var­i­ous codes and busi­ness prac­tices in use and are also expe­ri­enced in tak­ing advan­tage of dif­fer­ent time zones.

Job Descrip­tion:

• Design and analy­sis of all struc­tures for multi– sto­ried res­i­den­tial tow­ers, com­mer­cial build­ings, Indus­trial Buildings.
• Design and analy­sis of steel struc­tures for indus­trial steel build­ings, con­veyor tres­tles etc.
• Con­cep­tu­al­iza­tion, Design and doc­u­men­ta­tion of engi­neer­ing design, Solve prob­lems of medium complexity.
• Effec­tive coor­di­na­tion with Detailer & Engineer.
• Sound tech­ni­cal knowl­edge, thor­ough knowl­edge of all related codes and sec­tion details, In-depth and detailed check­ing of jobs before delivering.
• Tech­ni­cal prob­lem solver, Min­i­mum con­cep­tu­al­iza­tion time for com­plex draw­ings and solu­tion to project engineer.
• Ensure deliv­ery of error free job to Client,

Desired:

• Hands on Expe­ri­ence in Design of dif­fer­ent struc­tures men­tioned in description.
• Thor­ough knowl­edge of design of com­po­nents of res­i­den­tial / com­mer­cial struc­tures, accu­racy of pro­duc­tion jobs.
• Pro­fi­cient in use of Com­puter software’s.
• Excel­lent knowl­edge of STAAD-3, STAAD-Pro, Auto­CAD and other struc­tural engi­neer­ing softwares.
• Good expe­ri­ence in require­ment gath­er­ing from the client for var­i­ous structures.
• Good Com­mu­ni­ca­tion Skill.
• Should be able to han­dle pres­sure and work long hours (as and when required)
