Job Descrip­tion:

• Prepa­ra­tion and sub­mis­sion of quar­terly TDS and TCS returns.
• Ensures that inci­dence of tax on the group is effec­tively minimized
• Gen­er­a­tion and con­trol of TDS/ TCS Cer­tifi­cate under var­i­ous heads on monthly / annual basis.
• Ensures Timely com­pli­ance of Var­i­ous TDS and with­hold­ing tax compliance
• Ensure timely Prepa­ra­tion and com­pi­la­tion of annual Income tax returns and tax Audit report
• Prepa­ra­tion and com­pi­la­tion of var­i­ous details for tax assess­ment and appear­ing before author­i­ties from time to in con­nec­tion with assessments.
• Prepa­ra­tion of details for FBT assessment.
• Prepa­ra­tion of quar­terly Advance tax and Advance FBT payment.
• Vis­it­ing Income tax Depart­ment in con­nec­tion with assess­ment, appeals, Notice etc.
• Ensures timely com­pli­ance of var­i­ous oblig­a­tion viz. Advance Tax, Fil­ing of Return of Income, pay­ment of self-assessment Tax, com­pli­ance with notices as regards the tax lia­bil­ity, etc.

Desired:

• BCom Graduate,CA with 2 – 3 years of experience.
• Good Knowl­edge of Income tax Act and rules. Should have expe­ri­ence of work­ing with team of tax­a­tion department.
• Good Knowl­edge of Accounts, account­ing stan­dards, and gen­eral laws i.e Com­pa­nies Act, and other streams of accounts and finance.
• Hav­ing good hands on com­put­ers exper­tise in the MS Excel.
• Added advan­tage: If have expe­ri­ence of work­ing on SAP
