• Draft­ing con­tracts and agree­ments in Inter­na­tional Qual­ity and stan­dards that will suits with clients require­ments.
• Vet­ting var­i­ous doc­u­ments, con­tracts, license agree­ment.
 Han­dling intel­lec­tual prop­erty mat­ters viz Trade Mark, Copy­right, Design, Patent, and Domain Name.
• Attend­ing Inter­na­tional Legal issues includ­ing Pros­e­cu­tion of national and inter­na­tional trade­mark & patent appli­ca­tions.
• Ini­ti­at­ing action against Com­puter Fraud and Abuse Act.
• Ini­ti­at­ing civil pro­ceed­ings against those who are infring­ing com­pa­nies Intel­lec­tual Prop­erty rights
• Inter­ac­tion with for­eign asso­ciates in var­i­ous coun­tries on legal issues
• Plan­ning orga­niz­ing and man­ag­ing var­i­ous legal func­tion effec­tively and eco­nom­i­cally.
• Should have Sound knowl­edge of Com­pa­nies Act and other related legislations.
