Under­stand and man­age the over­all legal frame­work of the com­pany with abil­ity to under­stand busi­ness dynam­ics and pro­vide the solu­tions. Con­ver­sant with Com­pany law & cor­po­rate laws. Qual­i­fied CS/ACS and a law graduate.
