• Event Logis­tics (Liai­son with speak­ers, travel, hotel, media, adver­tis­ing agen­cies)
• Mar­ket the Brand of the organ­i­sa­tion.
• Front Office Man­age­ment (man­age event reg­is­tra­tion, logis­tics)
•Han­dle all Finance related trans­ac­tions, com­pli­ance and other statu­tory oblig­a­tions – keep­ing books for expenses, income, audits, liaison­ing with Audi­tor and team
Should be ener­getic, com­puter lit­er­ate, respon­sive and mobile (needs to have own vehi­cle and busi­ness related con­veyance cost will be re-imbursed at actuals)
