Out­stand­ing Prob­lem Solv­ing Skills
Prior work­ing with Kaizen, Six-Sigma, Lean Method­olo­gies highly desired, but not essen­tial.
Proven back­ground on Process Devel­op­ment and Deploy­ment
Pre­vi­ous expe­ri­ence in Sup­ply Chain Man­age­ment is a huge plus.
The Key to suc­cess in this role is the abil­ity to under­stand the Amazon’s Inven­tory Man­age­ment group’s vision and make inde­pen­dent deci­sions with sound judg­ment to man­age their teams to attain that vision.
