Desired:
Help­ing to develop key mem­ber sur­veys and diag­nos­tic tools
- Lead­ing the tech­ni­cal pro­duc­tion of Web-based sur­veys using HTML using the Vovici plat­form
- Launch­ing mem­ber sur­veys and main­tain­ing the accu­racy and valid­ity of the data
- Ana­lyz­ing and inter­pret­ing data for pre­sen­ta­tion in charts and high qual­ity graph­ics
- Proof read­ing member-facing reports to ensure integrity of data
- Coor­di­nat­ing with the DAT and pro­gram teams in the U.S. to ensure timely deliv­ery of high qual­ity report­ing and ser­vices to mem­bers
- May include trou­bleshoot­ing and debug­ging Excel macros used to gen­er­ate analy­sis and member-facing reports
Have a strong ana­lytic and quan­ti­ta­tive skills
- Be quan­ti­ta­tively focused — a quan­ti­ta­tively– or technically-oriented Bach­e­lors is pre­ferred
- Have exper­tise in sev­eral soft­ware appli­ca­tions: Excel (includ­ing some under­stand­ing of macros), Pow­er­Point, and SPSS (or other sta­tis­ti­cal pack­ages such as SAS)
- Have strong organizational/time man­age­ment skills
- Be self motivated/self starters — able to work with lit­tle direct super­vi­sion, but able to track and report on work progress man­ag­ing sev­eral long-term projects when needed
- Pos­sess good upward man­age­ment skills — able to help their man­agers pri­or­i­tize; proac­tively iden­tify areas that require focus and bring them to manager’s atten­tion
- Be results-oriented with an eye toward “get­ting the details right” — attention to detail is a must
- Have a deep com­mit­ment to ser­vice, both in serv­ing inter­nal pro­grams and exter­nal mem­bers
- Work well with team mem­bers based in U.S.
