BPO is a cen­tral growth engine for TCS to achieve its over­all aspi­ra­tion of becom­ing “Global Top 10 by 2010″ through large vol­ume, multi-year con­tracts. TCS cur­rently offers BPO ser­vices to 60 lead­ing enter­prises from 9 deliv­ery cen­ters spread across Ban­ga­lore, Chen­nai and Mum­bai in India, Budapest in Hun­gary, San­ti­ago in Chile, Mon­te­v­ideo in Uruguay, Peter­bor­ough in UK, Mon­tana in the USA and Hangzhou in China. We offer both voice and non-voice ser­vices. In Infra­struc­ture Ser­vices, we respond to the cus­tomers’ queries; in a Con­tact Cen­tre we respond to the issues/concerns raised by out cus­tomers’ customer.

Expe­ri­ence:  0 — 5 Years

Skills:  Ger­man lan­guage / MS Excel & Power point 

Desired:
Min’ 15yrs of aca­d­e­mic qual­i­fi­ca­tion  
0 – 3 yrs pro­fes­sional expe­ri­ence
Expo­sure to back-end sup­port or trans­ac­tion pro­cess­ing work in sim­i­lar roles is pre­ferred.
Will­ing­ness to work across shifts
Should have 15 years of Reg­u­lar Edu­ca­tion
Break in career and edu­ca­tion for more then 2 years is not eli­gi­ble
Can­di­dates who have attended the selec­tion process in the last 6 months (either selected-not-joined or rejected) will not be eli­gi­ble.
