Skills :P osi­tive Attitude,Good Verbal,Written Communication

Desired:
•Expe­ri­ence in a inbound Voice Cus­tomer Ser­vice / Rela­tions process in a BPO is pre­ferred.
•Good ver­bal and writ­ten com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills.
•Prefer­ably a Cer­ti­fi­ca­tion from IATA/ travel insti­tute.
•Knowl­edge of an air­line GDS/ CRS pre­ferred.
•Flex­i­bil­ity to work in 24*7 envi­ron­ment is must
