Desired:
1) Man­age the day-day IT Oper­a­tions in TRX India – this includes lead­ing and pro­vid­ing over­all direc­tion to the desktop/server sup­port, Net­work and NOC teams
2) Moti­vate and guide a team of 20+ team mem­bers in the Sup­port team – this includes Peo­ple Man­age­ment respon­si­bil­i­ties, set objec­tives, review goals vs. results of the team mem­bers,
3) Drive con­tin­u­ous process improve­ments for bet­ter and faster ser­vice deliv­ery
4) Track and ensure SLA deliv­ery by the Sup­port teams and ven­dors, wher­ever required.
5) Align IT Oper­a­tions to busi­ness goals, under­stand user/client require­ments and pri­or­i­ties
6) Ven­dor Man­age­ment
7) Capac­ity Man­age­ment
Edu­ca­tion and Expe­ri­ence:-
1) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science
2) 10 – 12 years expe­ri­ence in IT Infra­struc­ture and sup­port
3) ITIL Cer­ti­fi­ca­tion pre­ferred
4) Strong deci­sion mak­ing capa­bil­ity
5) Excel­lent lead­er­ship and man­age­ment skills
6) Strong Com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills
7) Expo­sure to IT Ser­vice Man­age­ment mod­els like ITIL Expe­ri­ence in design, imple­men­ta­tion and sup­port of LAN/WAN Net­works pre­ferred
9) Experience/exposure to IT Secu­rity poli­cies and implementation
