Desired:
* 5+ years soft­ware devel­op­ment expe­ri­ence with expert level skills in Ele­ment Man­age­ment Sys­tems (EMS) design, devel­op­ment and per­for­mance test­ing. Should be strongly famil­iar with FCAPS.
* Should have worked with JDBC and have client server devel­op­ment expe­ri­ence.
* Hands-on expe­ri­ence using Advent­Net Web­NMS (pre­ferred) or other EMS/NMS Frame­works is highly desir­able
* Expe­ri­ence in devel­op­ing large scale deployed sys­tems using Web 2.0 tech­nolo­gies and using Appli­ca­tion servers such as WebLogic and JBoss is a plus
