4) Has worked on RFP responses and has strong skills related to esti­ma­tion, solu­tion pre­scrip­tion, deliv­ery method­ol­ogy, etc.
5) Good under­stand­ing of Project/Support deliv­ery mod­els
6) Good under­stand­ing of CMMi processes and required com­pli­ances
7) Strong report­ing and com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills 8) Abil­ity to inter­face effec­tively with Sales/VBUs (inter­nal sell­ing) as well as with Cus­tomers (exter­nal sell­ing)
9) Can mon­i­tor inter­nal POC projects and new solu­tion devel­op­ment
10) Abil­ity to estab­lish strong rela­tion­ship with Oracle/other alliance part­ners and cre­ate a strong part­ner­ship model (would pre­fer if can­di­date has done this before)
11) Prefer­ably should have han­dled inde­pen­dent P&L responsibility
