The position will require utilization of leadership, communication, and technical skills to enhance the performance and value of the organizations web presences. A successful candidate will have the ability to successfully match technology to business needs. While this position is non-technical, knowledge of PHP, ASP, MySQL, HTML, DreamWeaver, JavaScript, Adobe PhotoShop, Java, JSP, Oracle, and Project Management Methodologies is a plus. A Bachelor degree and a minimum of 7+ years of web related work experience is required. A Masters Degree is preferred. hands-on experience in the full lifecycle of web site development and management are required. Experience or knowledge of the following is required: Microsoft server operating systems (Win2K, XP), Linux, Solaris, HTML, WML, HTTP, ASP, .Net, PHP, IIS, Apache, ODBC, SQL, MySQL, Oracle, DB2, Flash. Programming skills in Java and/or .Net is required. Exposure to JSP and J2EE application development environment, specifically WebSphere is required. Candidates must have an understanding of web services and the underlying technologies including WSDL, SOAP and XML.
