Desired:
1. Exp 2 + yrs of relevant
2. Fair knowledge of MQ 6.0 and WBIMB 6.0 installation and configuration.
3. Understanding of WMC MQ environment and all naming conventions.
4. MQ System administration and problem determination.
5. Broker flow deployments.
6. MQ alert settings on QPASA tool.
7. Monitoring of all queue manager objects in WMC environment.
8. Monitoring QPASA and APPWATCH alerts and taking required actions.
9. Involvement in Production releases and change control.
10. MQ ticket handling following the SLA and proper escalation procedures in case when the issue cannot be resolved by the resource.
11. Any other internal MQ tasks/projects for WMC as assigned by WMC FTEs.
Weblogic ADMIN
• Basic understanding of Java/J2EE knowledge
• 3 + years experience working in a WebLogic system administration, operations or support role.
• Understanding of web based technologies including Apache web server, proxies, cookies and sessions.
• WebLogic certification is a plus, but not required if candidate can show significant experience in WebLogic administration.
