Desired:
1. Exp 2 + yrs of rel­e­vant
2. Fair knowl­edge of MQ 6.0 and WBIMB 6.0 instal­la­tion and con­fig­u­ra­tion.
3. Under­stand­ing of WMC MQ envi­ron­ment and all nam­ing con­ven­tions.
4. MQ Sys­tem admin­is­tra­tion and prob­lem deter­mi­na­tion.
5. Bro­ker flow deploy­ments.
6. MQ alert set­tings on QPASA tool.
7. Mon­i­tor­ing of all queue man­ager objects in WMC envi­ron­ment.
8. Mon­i­tor­ing QPASA and APPWATCH alerts and tak­ing required actions.
9. Involve­ment in Pro­duc­tion releases and change con­trol.
10. MQ ticket han­dling fol­low­ing the SLA and proper esca­la­tion pro­ce­dures in case when the issue can­not be resolved by the resource.
11. Any other inter­nal MQ tasks/projects for WMC as assigned by WMC FTEs.
Weblogic ADMIN
• Basic under­stand­ing of Java/J2EE knowl­edge
• 3 + years expe­ri­ence work­ing in a WebLogic sys­tem admin­is­tra­tion, oper­a­tions or sup­port role.
• Under­stand­ing of web based tech­nolo­gies includ­ing Apache web server, prox­ies, cook­ies and ses­sions.
• WebLogic cer­ti­fi­ca­tion is a plus, but not required if can­di­date can show sig­nif­i­cant expe­ri­ence in WebLogic administration.
