Web development using PHP and MySQL.
Design, Development, testing, release and maintenance of secure, efficient and stable Drupal code.
Research into development options and recommending approaches.
Adopt and enforce all software development life cycle processes as defined in the process as well as internal Quality Processes.
Skills Required:
Good knowledge of website construction and content management.
Good knowledge in XHTML, CSS, PHP / MySQL.
Expert level knowledge of Drupal.
Awareness of accessibility standards.
Subversion code management.
Reasonable (technical) English.
Experience installing, configuring, modifying, and testing existing Drupal modules
Experience developing custom Drupal modules.
Knowledge of web 2.0 technologies and tools.
Knowledge of webcasting and podcasting.
Good sense of design and usability.
Preferred experience with Linux, Apache.
Exposure towards other open source tools is an added advantage.
