• Engi­neer or MBA (from pre­mier insti­tutes only).
• Expe­ri­ence of hav­ing dealt with ana­lyt­i­cal processes/ con­sult­ing engage­ments in the past.
• Post qual­i­fi­ca­tion, rel­e­vant work expe­ri­ence of 1 — 4 years
• Ele­men­tary under­stand­ing of Sta­tis­ti­cal Con­cepts, Tools (SAS, JMP etc)
• Project Man­age­ment skills– Dri­ving sig­nif­i­cant process improve­ment
• Drive for results and focus on deliv­ery of tar­gets / SLA adher­ence
• Abil­ity to deal with ambi­gu­ity and work across mul­ti­ple pri­or­i­ties simul­ta­ne­ously
• Com­mu­ni­ca­tions & Pre­sen­ta­tion Skills
