Skills: Web designer, Flash, javascript, pho­to­shop, html, xhtml

Desired:
• Expe­ri­ence build­ing online newslet­ters and fre­quent client com­mu­ni­ca­tion pro­grams
• Expert in using web graph­ics and pub­lish­ing tools (Pho­to­shop, Dreamweaver, Quark, Flash, Acro­bat, Illus­tra­tor, etc.)
• HTML, Javascripts, Style-sheets
• Under­stand­ing of CRM (notably salesforce.com) and email mar­ket­ing appli­ca­tions (specif­i­cally Elo­qua) are a great plus.
• Strong con­cep­tual skills and proven abil­ity to cre­ate pro­to­types and mock-ups
• Demon­stra­ble web UI design skills with abil­ity to show rel­e­vant work
• Pro­fi­cient in HTML cod­ing; work­ing knowl­edge of JavaScript, DHTML, ASP.NET, VB.NET is a plus
• Abil­ity to build Infor­ma­tion archi­tec­ture, Wire­frames and trans­late this infor­ma­tion to final UI screens
• Expert in user-centered design meth­ods and best prac­tices
• Focused on pro­vid­ing best-of-breed UI designs with­out los­ing sight of the real-world user’s need for “fast and sim­ple”
• Abil­ity to build Infor­ma­tion archi­tec­ture, Wire­frames and trans­late this infor­ma­tion to final UI screens
• Inde­pen­dent self-starter with strong project man­age­ment skills
• Abil­ity to work as part of a team with prod­uct man­agers, graph­ics design­ers, usabil­ity spe­cial­ists, and oth­ers
• Abil­ity to work in team and inde­pen­dently
• Self moti­vated, punc­tual and a nat­ural leader that flour­ishes in mid size grow­ing orga­ni­za­tion envi­ron­ments.
• Versatility/Flexibility Accept­ing and uses new process and tech­niques, polices etc, adapts to chang­ing time­lines and actively acknowl­edge and present new ideas to teammates.
