Candidate must have very strong communication and customer facing ability,have experience in implementations and upgrades, should have managed 50+ teams in past, extensive work on People Soft is a must. He should preferrably be a Psoft HRMS functional consultant, but we can look at a Finance functional as well. though he may not have played a pre-sales role in the past, he should be able to actively participate in proposals responses, be able to create accurate estimates on his own, build and explain a solution and approach to PeopleSoft projects to customer independently. He should have ability to build bridges with our Sales teams and EMs and primarily help us building and growing our PeopleSoft business. He will report to the Practice Director* ( once as business grows we will hire more of this profile so retain the resume bank )
