Pre­req­ui­sites include:
* High-tech back­ground with a MBA desir­able
* Under­stand­ing of how soft­ware tech­nol­ogy is used to solve busi­ness prob­lems, with domain exper­tise in at least 1 or 2 indus­tries (e.g., man­u­fac­tur­ing, bank­ing, retail, insur­ance, etc.)
* Under­stand­ing of mid­dle­ware (SOA, BPM, etc.) highly desired but not absolutely required
* Proven expe­ri­ence man­ag­ing an India-based team with high pro­duc­tiv­ity and clear deliv­er­ables
* Excel­lent pre­sen­ta­tion and com­mu­ni­ca­tions skills; abil­ity to assim­i­late com­plex con­cepts and clearly artic­u­late busi­ness value
