The Resource would be required to perform some basic support activities like Bug fixing / Code Maintenance in the applications.
The Resource would be required to talk to Client directly, understanding their issues and thereon provide solutions within the stipulated time.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as process descriptions, procedure manuals, and technical trade journals
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and/or employees of the organization
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Ability to represent and communicate with a diverse population
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality with proprietary information
