Desired:
Should have the debug­ging skills, under­stand the logic of any Java, J2EE code and pro­vide time-driven solu­tions.
The Resource would be required to per­form some basic sup­port activ­i­ties like Bug fix­ing / Code Main­te­nance in the appli­ca­tions.
The Resource would be required to talk to Client directly, under­stand­ing their issues and thereon pro­vide solu­tions within the stip­u­lated time.
Abil­ity to read and inter­pret doc­u­ments such as process descrip­tions, pro­ce­dure man­u­als, and tech­ni­cal trade jour­nals
Abil­ity to com­mu­ni­cate effec­tively with clients and/or employ­ees of the orga­ni­za­tion
Abil­ity to inter­pret a vari­ety of instruc­tions fur­nished in writ­ten, oral, dia­gram, or sched­ule form
Abil­ity to rep­re­sent and com­mu­ni­cate with a diverse pop­u­la­tion
