. Expe­ri­ence imple­ment­ing, con­fig­ur­ing and sup­port­ing Ora­cle CRM Ser­vice Mod­ules, such as, Ser­vice Con­tracts,
Deport Repair, Field Ser­vice, Install Base, etc.
.Expe­ri­ence with Ora­cle 11.5.8 or above
. Lead and man­age your team of 3 to 6 peo­ple; pro­vide strong men­tor­ing to build their skills
. Antic­i­pate chal­lenges and rec­om­mend cre­ative solu­tions
. Apply best prac­tices and a detailed under­stand­ing of the CRM prod­uct to design a total solu­tion
. Strate­gize and exe­cute plans to win new busi­ness from your client
APPS DBA
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Inter­face with the cus­tomer directly in discussing/proposing/developing archi­tec­tural solu­tions.
· Deploy­ment of com­plex archi­tec­tures (RAC, ASM, Grid, Data­guard etc.) and backup/recovery solu­tions
· Diag­nose and address Data­base, Appli­ca­tion and sys­tem per­for­mance issues.
· Com­mu­ni­cate project sta­tus and man­age cus­tomer rela­tion­ships
· Pro­vide Pro­duc­tion sup­port as needed basis
· Ora­cle DBA and Ora­cle Appli­ca­tions DBA activ­i­ties includ­ing – Instal­la­tion of Ora­cle databases,Oracle appli­ca­tions, Ora­cle Appli­ca­tion servers; Patch­ing and cloning of Ora­cle database/application envi­ron­ments; Upgrade of data­bases and appli­ca­tions
· Instal­la­tion and con­fig­u­ra­tion of Ora­cle Tech­nolo­gies like Ora­cle Grid con­trol, Ora­cle Fusion Mid­dle­ware.
· Basic Unix/Linux sys­tems admin­is­tra­tion & mon­i­tor­ing
· Man­age quality/conitnuous improve­ment processes & deliv­er­ables
· Abil­ity to take up com­plex tasks and lead the exe­cu­tion
· Abil­ity to Multi-task
· Strong per­for­mance monitoring/tuning expe­ri­ence in com­plex envi­ron­ments
· Great com­mu­ni­ca­tion, doc­u­men­ta­tion and pre­sen­ta­tion skills
· Ora­cle Appli­ca­tions Sys­tem Admin­is­tra­tion expe­ri­ence and in-depth knowl­edge of Ora­cle Appli­ca­tions Utilities.
