Desired:  
Install Peo­ple­Soft from CD’s.
2. Per­form a Peopletools/Application upgrade. Under­stand change assis­tant and EM agents.
3. Install and patch Tuxedo.
4. Con­fig­ure appli­ca­tion servers and process sched­ulers on Unix/NT.
5. Install weblogic (or web­server of choice).
6. Con­fig­ure weblogic on Unix or NT.
7. Show pro­fi­ciency in Unix com­mands and archi­tec­ture.
8. Show pro­fi­ciency in NT com­mands and archi­tec­ture.
9. Show famil­iar­ity with Unix and NT set­tings and para­me­ters nec­es­sary for Peo­ple­Soft.
10. Show pro­fi­ciency in Ora­cle (or other db) com­mands and archi­tec­ture.
11. Be pro­fi­cient in the use of Cus­tomer Con­nec­tion.
12. Be able to explain the rela­tion­ship and archi­tec­ture between the client, the web tier, appserver, and data­base includ­ing phys­i­cal and log­i­cal sep­a­ra­tion of each.
Be able to install many instances of appli­ca­tion servers, web­servers, process sched­ulers, etc. with­out con­flicts.
14. Trou­bleshoot end user client issues.
15. Mon­i­tor and tune appli­ca­tion servers and web­servers.
16. Describe Inte­gra­tion Bro­ker and gate­ways and Com­po­nent Inter­face describ­ing how they fea­ture in a peo­ple­soft installation.17. Tune Peo­ple­Soft and all its com­po­nents (HR, Peo­ple­Tools,…)
18. Under­stand how to use TSM, TDP with or with­out RMAN to do back­ups and recov­er­ies
29. Under­stand nor­mal data­base main­te­nance like adding data files.
20. Be able to tune the data­base
21. Be able to do migrations
