Job Descrip­tion : 1 Man­age / Lead team of Devel­op­ers assigned to the project.
2 Assign / Mon­i­tor / Man­age / Sched­ule Work.
3 Advice / Help project team with tech­ni­cal exper­tise.
4 Par­tic­i­pate in pre-sales meet­ings (if required).
5 Help pre-sales / Sales team in clos­ing deals (if required).
6 Pre­pare POC (if required)
7 Respon­si­ble for tech­ni­cal func­tion­al­i­ties for all projects.
8 Ensure stan­dards /policies / pro­ce­dures /documentations are strictly fol­lowed in all processes.
9. Main­tain Daily / Monthly timesheets.
10 Respon­si­ble for user train­ing.
11 Respon­si­ble for under­stand­ing tech­ni­cal require­ments related to Projects.
12 Respon­si­ble for Cus­tomiza­tion accord­ing the busi­ness need.
13 Actively par­tic­i­pate in Imple­men­ta­tion of Projects
14 Respon­si­ble for meet­ing tech­ni­cal require­ments for the assigned project / module.
