Job Title : Sr.Developer/Analyst — VB.Net  

Expe­ri­ence : 4 — 6 Years 

Job Descrip­tion : Main­tain and code new fea­tures of an enter­prise appli­ca­tion that con­sists of a user inter­face writ­ten in VB 6.0 and a back­end writ­ten in VB.NET.
Code and main­tain stored pro­ce­dures writ­ten in TSQL
Resolve com­plex design issues and soft­ware defects.
Com­mu­ni­cate and col­lab­o­rate with remote team mem­bers.
Cre­ate and per­form unit tests.
Work with QA in resolv­ing bugs found dur­ing QA passes 

Desired : Min­i­mum of 4 years of expe­ri­ence devel­op­ing soft­ware for RDBMS based n-tier appli­ca­tions
At least 1 year of VB 6.0 Expe­ri­ence
At least 1 year of VB.NET/C# expe­ri­ence.
At least 1 year of SQL Server expe­ri­ence (TSQL queries, stored pro­ce­dures).
Code main­te­nance expe­ri­ence.
Long dis­tance col­lab­o­ra­tion expe­ri­ence.
ASP/ASP.NET/HTTP/Javascript expe­ri­ence
A degree in Com­puter Sc. or equiv­a­lent from a reputed College/Institute.
Strong com­mu­ni­ca­tions skills, flu­ency in both spo­ken and writ­ten Eng­lish. Should be able to artic­u­late needs, design ideas and algo­rithms, par­tic­i­pate in meet­ings and write func­tional specs and tech­ni­cal design.
