Respon­si­bil­i­ties of Sr. Com­mu­nity Man­ager would include:
- Per­son­ify tar­get audi­ence and iden­tify new top­ics for com­mu­ni­ties
- Ana­lyz­ing & edit­ing the con­tent devel­oped by a team of com­mu­nity lead­ers & con­tent writ­ers
- Con­tribut­ing user-centered prod­uct ideas based on response and feed­backs
- Sup­port­ing a team of com­mu­nity lead­ers and con­tent writ­ers in India to achieve qual­ity and higher pro­duc­tiv­ity
- Writ­ing blogs, case stud­ies, news arti­cles and weekly newsletters

Respon­si­bil­i­ties of Com­mu­nity Lead­ers would include:
- Con­tent devel­op­ment through lessons, tests, PPTs, online audio/videos ses­sions, dis­cus­sions and debates
- Con­tribute new top­ics for com­mu­nity & con­tent devel­op­ment
- Design­ing and devel­op­ing online courses
- Invite and sup­port new users to join com­mu­ni­ties on Learn­Hub
- Find­ing mem­bers to con­tribute con­tent to the com­mu­ni­ties
- Con­tribut­ing user-centered prod­uct ideas based on response and feed­backs
- Update infor­ma­tion about edu­ca­tion news and events on LearnHub
