Weblogic Administrator
Experience: 4 — 8 Years
Skills:
Minimum 4 years with Bea Weblogic 8.1 or higher in a Wintel environment
Minimum of 4 years with J2EE
Post Secondary degree/diploma in Information Technology or similar field of studies
In-depth experience in deep level support, administration, and performance tuning of Middleware software:
Good understanding of the other technical aspects of high-availability environments including network, clustering, security and database technologies/concepts
Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL) best practices and processes
Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to multi-task on several projects at one-time
Ability to effectively communication clearly and concisely with people on all levels in the organization
Ability to work with a minimum of direct supervision or guidance from others
Demonstrated ability to effectively and creatively solve problems.
May require traveling onsite location as well.
