Expe­ri­enced in work­ing with Busi­ness Unit lead­er­ship and Senior Man­age­ment to design, imple­ment & man­age Peo­ple­soft enter­prise level busi­ness sys­tems using tech­nol­ogy incor­po­rat­ing process re-engineering, busi­ness units con­sol­i­da­tion and process improve­ments.
Adept in using change man­age­ment prin­ci­ples to inno­vate and imple­ment cut­ting edge tech­nol­ogy for Busi­ness Process Man­age­ment (BPM) ini­tia­tives using Peo­ple­soft ERP.
