Job Descrip­tion :Rela­tion­ship man­agers to han­dle Chan­nel part­ners for insur­ance.
Play­ing the role of a bridge between the com­pany and the chan­nel part­ners.( i.e. Sub bro­kers and fran­chisees)
Ser­vic­ing Chan­nel Part­ners, like prob­lem solv­ing and con­duct­ing reg­u­lar train­ing for them.
Assist­ing chan­nel part­ners on sales calls.
Ensure rev­enue gen­er­a­tion for chan­nel part­ners on a con­sis­tent basis.
Busi­ness devel­op­ment (e.g. con­duct­ing pro­mo­tional activ­i­ties for the sub-brokers)
Addi­tion of fresh chan­nel partners.
