Require­ments: ‘ Should be involved in the Full Life Cycle of Recruit­ment.
Should be cape able of under­stand­ing the job descrip­tion given by the var­i­ous clients
Sourc­ing of resumes from dif­fer­ent job por­tals and screen­ing of can­di­dates
Screen­ing all the can­di­dates pro­files and call them for the require­ment. 
Should have worked on dif­fer­ent kinds of require­ments both IT and NON IT.
Short list­ing poten­tial can­di­dates resumes and com­mu­ni­cate with can­di­dates via email and phone.
Pre­sent­ing the inter­ested can­di­dates with all pre­screened infor­ma­tion and tech­ni­cal information’s to the client
Sched­ul­ing can­di­date inter­views for cer­tain clients.
Net­work­ing and build rela­tion­ships with clients and can­di­dates.
Tak­ing Inter­view feed­back from Clients through mail or Phone
Man­ag­ing, coor­di­nat­ing and pro­cess­ing of the selected can­di­date.
Update can­di­date data­base
 
Desired Pro­file:   Can­di­date should have expe­ri­ence in End to End Recruite­ment with Excel­lent Com­mu­ni­ca­tion Skills.
Any Grad­u­ates who are will­ing to work in Night Shifts are preferred.
