Job Descrip­tion: Pro­vide first-level tech­ni­cal Sup­port on basic oper­a­tional or main­te­nance of per­sonal com­put­ers and /or periph­er­als using avail­able tools.
Guide cus­tomer trou­bleshoot­ing efforts to iden­tify prod­ucts that have Cus­tomer Issues and issue ser­vice calls in accor­dance with guide­lines.
Esca­late prob­lems when unable to resolve cus­tomer issues.
Log and suf­fi­ciently doc­u­ment all con­tacts with cus­tomers in des­ig­nated tools.

Qual­i­fi­ca­tion and Expe­ri­ence Required: Bach­e­lor Degree, PUC (with one year of inter­na­tional call cen­ter expe­ri­ence);
Diploma Courses (post 10+2 with 1 year inter­na­tional call cen­ter expe­ri­ence);
Engi­neer­ing Degree or Post Grad­u­ate Degree (with at least 1 year expe­ri­ence in cus­tomer care / semi-tech inter­na­tional call cen­ter process)
1.Basics of Com­put­ers includ­ing Oper­at­ing Sys­tems, hard­ware and inter­net .
2.Basic PC Hard­ware / A+ Cer­ti­fi­ca­tion / MCDST Cer­ti­fi­ca­tion 90 days will be added advan­tage
Expo­sure to tech­ni­cal sup­port trou­ble shoot­ing in inter­na­tional call cen­ters will be an added advantage.
