Team Lead: SAP ABAP

Expe­ri­ence: 5 – 8 Years

Job Descrip­tion: The resource will be respon­si­ble for exe­cut­ing analy­sis and design phases of the project and will con­tinue to pro­vide tech­ni­cal lead­er­ship through the sub­se­quent stages. The incum­bent should have under­stand­ing, on an over­all level of the entire sys­tem under devel­op­ment at any given time, its busi­ness usage, tech­ni­cal archi­tec­ture, per­for­mance and func­tion­al­ity related issues. As part of the tech­ni­cal lead­er­ship, the incum­bent will resolve issues and per­form reviews for the work prod­ucts cre­ated by the project and assist in first level team man­age­ment. It is also impor­tant for the per­son to have expe­ri­ence of direct inter­ac­tion and require­ment gath­er­ing process with the customer.

Pro­file Descrip­tion : Total of 5 — 8 years of rel­e­vant soft­ware design and devel­op­ment skills with expe­ri­ence in cod­ing and con­fig­u­ra­tion, require­ment analy­sis and for­mal qual­ity processes.
 
Min­i­mum of 4 year of rel­e­vant expe­ri­ence in SAP Tech­nol­ogy; hands on expe­ri­ence in ALV, IDOCS, BAPI with expe­ri­ence of gen­er­at­ing reports.
Good knowl­edge of any of the fol­low­ing SAP mod­ules: SD, MM, PP, PS and QM. 
Aware­ness of CMM or CMMI prac­tices will be an advantage .
