* Up sell avail­able resources to exist­ing clients, accounts and con­tin­u­ously Iden­ti­fy­ing and nur­tur­ing new chan­nels thru email cam­paign, Tele­sales cam­paigns.
* Should be pro­fi­cient in IT Require­ments Analy­sis, Meet client expec­ta­tions on mul­ti­ple parameters(Technical skills, Rate, Per­son­al­ity, Geog­ra­phy and Avail­abil­ity)
* The ideal can­di­date will have 2+ years Sales / Place­ment expe­ri­ence within IT Stafff­ing or Con­sult­ing firm. Under­stand­ing of tech­ni­cal jobs, skills and tech­nolo­gies and abil­ity to pin down key skills vital to clo­sure.
* Must be able to man­age com­plete Sales life cycle.
* Iden­tify , Prospect and part­ner with VAR Inte­gra­tors / Tier-1 National staffing Agen­cies and Pro­fes­sional Ser­vices firm.
* must have track record of con­sis­tently meet­ing or exceed­ing per­for­mance goals / tar­gets
* Excel­lent clos­ing and nego­ti­a­tion skills.
* Abreast with cut­ting edge strate­gies in Sales, Account Man­age­ment and Rela­tion­ship Man­age­ment.
* Prior Hands-on Expe­ri­ence in Full Life Cycle Recruit­ing. Lia­son with Man­age­ment and Recruiters on client / account require­ments.
* Man­age and Men­tor Team of Tech­ni­cal Recruiters.
* Expe­ri­ence work­ing with Appli­cant track­ing sys­tems, MS Office.
* Pos­sess Excel­lent com­mu­ni­ca­tion, time man­age­ment, writ­ing skills
