HR Generalist Role
You will be responsible for the entire HR Support Services such as HRIS, MIS, Employee Induction, Employee Relations, Staff Welfare, Statutory compliance and administration. You will handle all the employee welfare activities including payroll input, PF, ESI, Insurance and other HR initiatives.
Competence: We are looking for a HR professional with 1 to 2 years experience in an MNC / IT / ITES Company. You should have a through understanding of the HR concepts, processes and statutory compliance such as Labour Laws, ESI, PF, Medical Insurance and HRIS. Ideal candidate should have high energy levels, enjoy developing people and potential to scale up and grow.
