Job Descrip­tion: Job respon­si­bil­i­ties would include, but not lim­ited to — com­plete own­er­ship and man­age­ment of entire recruit­ment life­cy­cle — client inter­ac­tion, sourc­ing tal­ent through dif­fer­ent sources, and fol­low ups dur­ing and after the inter­view­ing process. You would deal with some of the best Tech­nol­ogy com­pa­nies in the world, and would inter­act with some of the best tal­ent around.

Desired Pro­file: We are look­ing for young & pas­sion­ate Fresh Grad­u­ates who seek to cre­ate a future for them­selves in the field of HR/Recruitment.

1) Excep­tional com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills — firm com­mand over written/spoken Eng­lish is a must. Should be able to com­mu­ni­cate ideas effec­tively and clearly.
2) Abil­ity to appre­ci­ate and under­stand key con­cepts behind Tech­nol­ogy.
3) Abil­ity to work in a team as well as an indi­vid­ual con­trib­u­tor.
4) A strong back­ground in Extra-Curricular is highly desired.
5) Prior expe­ri­ence in deal­ing with tech­ni­cal recruit­ment and a tech­ni­cal qual­i­fi­ca­tion (BE/MCA/MSc) are pre­ferred, though not manda­tory
